Evaluate whether your AI actually works for the humans using it.

Every company shipping an AI agent right now has the same blind spot.

You know what the model can do, but you don't know what it feels like to the person on the other end of the call, chat, or interaction.

That gap is not a Quality Assurance problem. It's a mental models problem. Users build a story about how your system works, whether you gave them one or not. If that story is wrong, they stop trusting it. No amount of prompt polish fixes a broken story.

We find the gap, then close it.

Mental Model Audit

Most teams have no structured way to find out where their AI is failing before users do. Usability tests come too late. QA checks whether the system works, not whether it makes sense to the person using it. Sentiment scores tell you something broke after it's already cost you a customer.

The Mental Model Audit tests your AI against three layers of trust: whether it does what the user needed, whether it behaves in a way the user can follow, and whether it feels right to interact with. Each layer is scored pass or fail, and a pass in one layer doesn't cover for a failure in another. Your AI can complete the task correctly and still lose the user's trust if it asks for information it already has, or talks over them when they try to interrupt. That failure is real even when the task itself worked.

Your AI should be helpful to the humans using it.
